Technical Support / Phone Sales

Job Description

– Answering the phones and emails

o Taking customer orders

o Technical questions and helping with a solution

o Redirecting phone calls to others

o Using part diagrams to identify parts for customer needs

– Data entry

o Updating the product information into internal system

o Entering orders into M1

– Office parts inventory

o Watching stock and placing restocking orders

Qualifying traits looking for

– Ability to read a multimeter

o Follow electrical schematics

– Understand basic mechanics and electrical components

– Calm and collective attitude

o Be understanding that the customer might be in a stressful situation

– Problem solving

o Learn something new every day

o Might run into a door package that has a twist

– Tech savvy

o Working on the computer the whole day

o Entering information efficiently into M1

– Sending and responding to emails

– Good Customer Service skills
